Business Development Manager / Sales Manager / Sales Engineer to join a leading global packaging machinery and automation supplier.
The Business Development Manager / Sales Manager / Sales Engineer will be responsible for new business development to cover across the South of the UK (Coventry and below) for the packaging machinery / capital equipment / logistics automation side of the business.
The successful Business Development Manager / Sales Manager / Sales Engineer will have a background selling packaging machinery, capital equipment, automation equipment, automated packaging equipment or similar. You must be based below Coventry and willing to cover the South of the UK.

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying new business opportunities, prospecting, and developing strategic plans to capitalise on them.
• Selling packaging machinery, packaging logistics equipment, capital equipment, automation equipment, automated packaging equipment
• 30% Account management 70% new Business
• Leading the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and exceed performance goals.
• Conducting market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and deliver exceptional value to customers.
• Weekly reports completion on customer visits, pipeline, sales projections etc
• A small portfolio of customers to look after where you will visit them on a regular basis to truly understand their needs/requirements.
• Covering the South of the UK (Below Coventry)

Requirements Include:

• Experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, Technical Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Regional Sales Manager, or similar.
• Experience selling packaging machinery, packaging logistics equipment, capital equipment, automation equipment, automated packaging equipment or similar
• Based in the South of the UK
• Full UK driving license.
