Are you a results-driven Business Development Manager?

Do you have experience in the automation, industrial controls or sensors industry?

My client are a well established global distributor of electrical components and are looking to add a motivated Business Development Manager in the East of England.

The Role

• Identify new customers and build trust and develop strong relationships
• Lead 2-3 Sales Executives
• Provide sales growth through the development of both new and existing clients
• Learn and sell a wide range of industrial controls, sensors, automation and machinery safety products
• Present solutions to customers to help and improve their business

Requirements

• Experience in a sales or business developments role
• You will likely have held the position of sales engineer, sales manager, BDM
• Likely to have worked for an electrical distributor or electrical wholesale company
• Knowledge of controls, automation or sensors products or even lighting products
• Ability to manage own diary

Package

• Salary �43,000 + 2% commission of total sales value + 10% annual bonus
• Company car, phone and laptop
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• Company pension
