Location: Newport



Salary: Basic Salary of around �25,000 OTE �50,000 - �60,000 Uncapped



Contract: Full Time 35-40 hours per week Monday to Friday�



Stephens Oil is�looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to prospect & convert new customers as well as account manage and develop current / lapsed customers.�



The role would include -�




  • Managing a portfolio of existing commercial customers

  • Attract and sell to new customers

  • Managing margins & driving volumes across both new & existing customers

  • Re- activating lapsed customers



The successful candidate would demonstrate -�




  • Sales & business�development experience

  • A self starter - working through their own initiative

  • Hard working and hungry to increase revenue

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Energy & drive

  • Commercial focus

  • Team Player



This is mainly an office based sales role however, on occasions there will be a requirement to visit customers at their premises. Therefore use of your own transport is essential (mileage will be paid). A company mobile phone will be provided.
