Our client who are a national market leader within the Security agency sector are looking to expand their small, friendly team, based in Central Telford.�



The National Business Development Manager�is a brand new role within the company and allows the ability to grow and progress within the company as it expands to director level.



Core services for the business include Key Holding, Lock and Unlock, Mobile Patrols, Vacant Property Inspections, Manned Guarding, Site Security, Retail Security, Concierge Security, Door Supervision and Event Security.



The Role:




  • Target Retail, Construction, Logistics, Government, Hospitality and Leisure industries

  • Target other security companies and facilitities management companies in London and the Home Counties

  • Generate new leads, and warm opportunities

  • Conduct meetings with potential clients and clients to promote the business



Key Skills and Experience Required:




  • Excellent knowledge of B2B security sales

  • Knowledge of all elements of the sales cycle from lead findin to closing deals

  • Have an engaging personality, with excellent communication and presentation skills

  • MUST�posess a full valid UK driving license, as will be working nationally

  • Have experience as a Security Sales Manager or Security Sales BDM

  • Have the ability and drive to hit the ground running



As this is a brand new role in the businessthe comapny is happy to devise a commision structure and sales targets in consultation with the successful candidate.



Candidates who do not have previous sales success within Security Sales in the UK will not be considered.
