Business Development Manager | Redditch | On-site | Full Time | Basic salary of up to £30,000pa basic – realistic OTE of £50,000 + uncapped commission



Our client is a leading IT managed service provider located in Redditch. They pride themselves on delivering innovative and tailored IT solutions designed to meet the unique needs of their clients.



As they continue to grow, they are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join the team.



As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, setting up meetings with prospective clients, and showcasing the company as their preferred IT service provider.



Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships, conduct market research, and develop effective growth strategies will be key to your success in this role.
