Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Worcester, Midlands
Thorn Baker's social housing specialist client is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their growing team in Worcester. As a leader in their field, they are constantly pushing the boundaries of innovation to address the needs of an ever-changing environment and relentlessly committing to the highest standards.

Your Responsibilities:
- Continually improve individual and team performance in order to deliver service excellence
- Achieve & exceed set targets
- Leading by example you will be making pro-active sales calls, generating sales opportunities for the B2C and B2B market.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
Required Skills:
- Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager or senior sales executive in a construction related role
- Possess a detailed understanding and experience of property construction and / or fenestration projects
- Possess a good understanding of marketing within a home construction environment and / or fenestration
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
- Be able to demonstrate a proven and successful track record of achieving and bettering sales targets
- Clean driving license
