We're hiring a Business Development Manager to join our international staffing agency during a time of global growth. About the Role:Unique opportunity to lead our Business Development efforts in the UK - focusing on winning new business, maintaining relationships and be our local contact for UK clients.Our delivery team is on hand to match overseas candidates to UK employers who suffer from low supply in local talent pools.Remote-first: Enjoy the flexibility of working from home and structuring your day around your needs.Uncapped commission: Earn based on your performance with our competitive base salary and uncapped commission structure.Growth opportunity: There is a path for you to build your own UK BD team and offer our services across multiple sectors.Supportive environment: Receive support from our Dubai office to help with lead generation campaigns, offloading admin tasks and ensuring you are equipped with the latest tech.Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the UK.Manage whole sales pipeline; including prospecting, negotiation and receiving requirements.Analyse market trends and identify competitive advantages to enhance our value to the market - keeping your ear on the ground.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in BD side recruitment - ideally with exposure to multiple sectors.Valid UK driving license and willingness to get F2F when requiredA bit about us:Since 2002 we’ve helped UK employers hire skilled overseas staff and today we service employers in multiple verticals across Europe from our head office in Dubai.Basic of £40,000 - £50,000. Ability to earn very well, with an uncapped commission scheme and the support of a dedicated delivery team so you can focus on Business Development.Please note: This role is open to UK citizens and residents only.
