The Role:

As the Business Development Manager, you'll be:




  • Enhancing sales and profitability via strategic product promotion and active selling.

  • Serve as the primary liaison for the company, surpassing customer expectations within the territory.

  • Advocate for the company's product range to the Housing Developer sector, aligning with sales goals.

  • Foster growth of both new and existing customer relations to leverage account potential fully.

  • Regularly analyse sales data to inform business strategies, incorporating new technologies to optimise the sales process.

  • Take responsibility for developing Joint Business Plans with principal customers to drive value and increase market share.

  • Maintain exemplary operational standards, including consistent CRM reporting.

  • Possess a solid background in construction product sales and a track record of success.

  • Exhibit strong negotiation and account management abilities.

  • Utilise relevant software efficiently and demonstrate creative, analytical, and commercial acumen.

  • Show a results-driven attitude, self-motivation, and resilience.

  • Have a thorough understanding of the Housing Developer market and related products.



The Candidate:

The ideal candidate for this Business Development Manager role will have:
