Business Development Manager
Looking to surpass the 6 figure OTE mark? We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who is excited by the premise of networking with C-Suite stakeholders, to build partnerships & multi-million-pound accounts!

The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal part in our growth being at the forefront of our client strategy, identifying and securing new business opportunities, as well as building on our existing relationships within ecommerce market.
Responsibilities:
Grow your network through prospecting new clients & building long lasting relationships with senior leaders.
Carry out market research to gather commercial information.
Sell our industry leading products to potential clients; retainers, full consultancy services and multi-hire services.
Creating marketing to attract clients on the CRM & LinkedIn.
Liaise with our brilliant team of recruiters to assist on your roles.
Consult prospect clients via webinars and video meetings.

Experience:
Previous role in sales with experience of cold calling.
B2B prospecting experience.
History of solution based sales.
Ability to spark interest and build trust.
Previous relationship and rapport building experience.
Experience of working to daily KPIs.
Experience in recruitment or Tech sectors would be preferable.
