We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our client's team based in Solihull on a permanent basis, to lead the sales efforts for their battery and cell products across the UK.This role can pay up to £33,000 for the right person, with a generous bonus based on performance.The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales growth in the batteries/cells sector. This role requires excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in business development and sales.Key responsibilities:Prospect, qualify and win new business within agreed parametersQualify, distribute and close inbound leads from web and marketing activitiesPartner with marketing team to develop campaigns to generate leads within agreed market sectorsManage a pipeline of customer opportunities from inception to a winMaintaining up to date knowledge of relevant products and servicesDeveloping internal relationships with colleagues across the business to be able to provide the best level of service to your customersActively assisting and supporting colleagues as required
