Servisource, part of Cpl, are seeking to appoint a Business Development Manager to join the Recruitment Services team.This person will be accountable for managing, developing, and driving sales to support the strategic growth of our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Managed Staffing Provision (MSP) models.The potential candidate will be required to enter new sales territory, targeting healthcare and public bodies, leveraging from existing technology already at our disposal.The successful candidate will work closely with the project and management teams in determining the growth strategy and determining how best to position the business within the Irish market.Duties of the role will include but not limited to;Collaborating with the Director to plan and devise a corporate strategy to grow the business and identify new opportunities contributing to the overall vision of the business.Delivering and converting new business leads in the sales pipeline.Reviewing costs on a regular basis to ensure they remain in line with targets.Highly conscious of developments in each of the sectors within the remit of the role to commercially exploit opportunities as they arise and disseminate leads to the wider team.Carving a professional profile in the sectors within your remit, with the use of social media and other methods to secure new relationships in order to leverage an increased client base.Cultivating new business relationships at the appropriate seniority level within the sectors you operate and identify new sectors with high potential.Keeping abreast of market developments by attending all relevant functions and events.Ensuring that all systems are being used to full capacity and that all contact with clients are logged adequately.Constantly striving to meet weekly KPI’s and quarterly targets as set out.Role Requirements Minimum of 2 years Business Development experience to include telesales, cold calling, client visits and field sales etc.Previous experience in recruitment, healthcare, public and / or private bodies sectors is desirable.Previous experience in tendering is desirable.Strong written and oral communication skills.Full proficiency in IT systems and Microsoft Office suite.Positive, collaborative, can do attitude with both internal and external stakeholders.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Proven record of achieving and exceeding targets/KPI’s set.Ability to work on own initiative and independently.About UsServisource, part of the Cpl Group, is a leading provider of high quality and innovative recruitment, care, and support services, with over 20 years’ experience across a number of sector specialitiesWith over 140 employees in 8 offices across Ireland and the United Kingdom in Dublin, Dundalk, Cork, Galway, Limerick, Belfast, London, and Bradford, we provide a local and personal service with a national and international reach.
