Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in assisting new build developers and social housing organisations in successfully transitioning to renewable heating by using Air-Source Heat Pumps for heating, cooling, and hot water.Key Responsibilities:Facilitate the transfer of knowledge across regions (NL, DE, UK) on renewable heating and cooling solutions to decarbonize existing buildings.Enhance regional expertise by moderating the exchange of technical, commercial, and market-specific knowledge.Support regional units in achieving success in heat transition projects.Formulate go-to-market strategies, including segmentation, targeting, and marketing campaigns for each region.Manage and coordinate interdisciplinary project teams.Conduct pilot projects and leverage their success to build project pipelines with regional units.Qualifications:Over 5 years of experience in product or business development (Real Estate experience beneficial).Technical and commercial education (MBA and/or engineering preferred).Strong project management experience.Excellent networking abilities and international collaboration skills.Strong motivation to pursue new business opportunities.If you believe that you are being described above or would like more information about the role, please get in touch through the quick apply button or reach out directly to #####
