We are looking for a Business Development Manager for a leading healthcare recruitment agency.



Job Description:



They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving their business growth by approaching trusts and organisations that operate under the RM6281 Workforce Alliance framework. You will collaborate closely with the Account Manager to maintain and develop relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and service delivery.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the RM6281 Workforce Alliance framework.

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company targets and objectives.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in trusts and organisations.

  • Work closely with the Account Manager to ensure seamless client engagement and relationship management.

  • Present agency services to potential clients, highlighting our unique value propositions.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business strategies.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business.

  • Provide regular reports on business development activities and outcomes to senior management.

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand your professional network and promote the agency.



Requirements:




  • Proven experience in business development, preferably within the healthcare staffing or recruitment industry.

  • Strong understanding of the RM6281 Workforce Alliance framework.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed business development targets.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Full clean UK driving licence.

  • Willingness to travel as required for business purposes.



Location:�Office-based in Weston Super Mare, with the opportunity to work hybrid after 6 months



Salary: �40,000 - �60,000 DOE

Working Hours:




  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the opportunity to work hybrid after 6 months hours may need to change depending on the needs of the business.
