Business Development Manager

Zeus Packaging Group, the world's largest independently owned packaging business, is seeking to recruit an experienced Key Account Manager for our Mallusk site (Northern Ireland).This role will suit a candidate who has excellent business acumen, is self-motivated, target driven, has strong communication skills and enjoys dealing with people to create positive client working relationships.Essential Requirements:3-5 years proven track record of customer management & development of high-value key accounts within Irish / Northern Irish marketsFull clean driving licenceAnalysing accounts, identifying customer challenges and opportunities.Strong IT skills using word, excel, outlook and PowerPoint.3 A levels or equivalent qualifications, e.g., B-TechProactive and ‘can-do’ attitudeVisiting Key accounts and reporting back to senior management team.Preference will be given to candidates who have a Business-related qualification and / or knowledge of packaging.Hours: 37 ½ hours per week (Mon-Fri) Full-time / Permanent roleSalary: competitive salary plus bonus structure and company car
