Business Development Manager Salary- circa £50k + CommsCentral London (2- Days in Office).I'm working with a global sports retail and gaming organisation who are on the lookout for a proactive Business Development Manager to work across a global portfolio.The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. Looking for someone with previous B2B sales and business development experience, open to industry backgrounds.Responsibilities:Communicating with new and existing accounts, building and developing relationships.Identify partnership opportunities and develop new business relationshipsUnderstand KPIs, targets and performance review.Think critically when planning to assure project successAttending key trade showsWorking closely with the US office, formulating sell-in plans/strategies in close liaison with SVP and in line with company launch timings for NPD.Qualifications:Previous Account Management and Business Development experience essential.Track record of dealing with large national or regional accountsExperience of International businessGood commercial awareness with the ability to analyse and manage using tools like Excel and SAP.Strong communication and interpersonal skill with both internal and external teams in multiple countries.Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategiesFocused and goal-orientedFeel free to apply with a copy of your most up to date CV, sales achievements are key!
