This role is an exciting opportunity to build a new business area from scratch, focusing purely on business development within the metals industry.ResponsibilitiesNew Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales and profitability. This will involve proactive outreach, including cold calls and customer visits.Sales and Quoting: Prepare and follow up on sales quotes to convert leads into customers. You will be expected to meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly basis to earn your bonus.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure long-term business growth.Market Analysis: Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business development strategies.RequirementsExperience: Proven experience in the metals industry, particularly in selling Stainless Steel.
