The services include Home care, Live-In care, Health care at Home, Companionship, Personal care and Dementia support that are tailored to the individual client.Role DescriptionThis is a contract role for a Business Growth Manager at Home Instead North Wales. As a Business Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and key stakeholders, as well as identifying business opportunities and developing customized solutions. This is a hybrid role located in Mold and Colwyn Bay, with flexibility for some remote work.QualificationsPrior experience in business development, sales, or a similar rolePrior experience of home care sectorStrong networking and relationship-building skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunitiesExperience in the senior care industry is a plusSalary0.8 Pro Rota, Flexible Work Week. 4 full days or 5 Flexible days. £30,000 (FTE £37,500)Range of additional benefits.
