Our client is a growing financial planning business who are looking for a Business Development Manager to manage existing and generate new introducer relationships to feed new business into the company.Responsibilities:To drive sales across the entire revenue spectrum including all service and product areasTo own, project manage and deliver business development campaigns in coordination with marketing and internal stakeholdersTo deliver personal revenue according to budget planIdentify and pursue new business opportunitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders, including clients, partners, or vendorsIncrease the breadth of support and advice provided to existing clients by maximising cross referrals within the groupConduct periodic market research and analysisQualifications:Must have FP industry experience and sound employee benefits product knowledge.Proven success in a business development role within the Wealth Management space.
