Job Title: Mid-Market Business Development ManagerLocations: London, York and Glasgow - (maximum once a week)Salary: Circa 75k base plus benefits - Double OTE About Our Client: Our client is a leading provider of IT solutions, delivering IT transformation and managed services to a wide range of industries. Their expertise spans across cloud, cybersecurity, data management, and more.Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Mid-Market Business Development Manager to join our client's growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new mid-market clients, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth. You will play a key role in expanding market presence and delivering value to clients.Key Responsibilities and Experience:Develop and execute strategies to engage potential mid-market clients and drive the sales process from initial contact to closing deals.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and position our client's solutions effectively.Create compelling proposals and presentations that address client needs and highlight the value of our client's offerings.Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, technical, and delivery teams, to ensure a seamless client experience.Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, contributing to overall growth.Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field preferred.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within the IT sector.Experience in selling to mid-market clients and understanding their unique challenges and needs.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.Familiarity with IT solutions and services, including cloud, cybersecurity, and data management, is a plus.Scala Leadership is acting as an employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
