Business Development Manager Job Description:Establish, build and maintain partnerships with a wide portfolio of potential partners to fulfil the business needs through regular contactActively seek new business opportunities with existing and potential clientsAchieving set monthly targetsReport monthly pipeline, regional responsibility and numbersArrange with clients for face to face or remote meetingsDevelop a network of relationships with clients, agents and project managersMaintain an excellent level of sector knowledge and understanding of all future opportunitiesAttend networking events and other promotional opportunities while maintaining a professional and credible profile on behalf of Claremont; these may be outside of the normal working hours so some flexibility is requiredMaintain accurate records of specific project activity and provide timely and consistent data using the companies CRM systemsTo represent the company in a professional manner at all timesSkills Needed:A proven sales background within the construction sector (preferred but not essential)A passion for exceeding sales targets and set KPI’sExcellent time management skillsGoal orientatedProblem solving skillsRelationship building skillsConfident and outgoing character, able to work both individually and as part of a teamExperience with a long sales cycle and large value projectsFull UK driving licence with own means of transportWhy work for us?
