Job Overview:



My client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their team. The role will focus on driving business growth across the South UK region, a focus on expanding their market share, building strong relationships with key clients, and identifying new business opportunities. �
Key Responsibilities:




  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.

  • Market Expansion: Identifying new business opportunities within the South UK region, including salons and distributors.

  • Sales Strategy: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive brand growth.

  • Brand Representation: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, promoting our brand and establishing a strong network.

  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and business development activities to management. �

  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategies and identify new opportunities.
    Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a business development or sales role, ideally within the beauty or hair care industry.

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel within the South UK region as required.
