Job DescriptionWe have an opportunity for a specialist TAI Key Account Manager to join our sales team. You will support the implementation of projects which support the sale of Aquaflush which meets the needs of healthcare professionals and their patients, into the competitive primary and secondary care market.The role is regionally field based, covering Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Hampshire and Bath, which will require working away from home as required, therefore overnight stays can be expected.Key ResponsibilitiesThe following provides an indication of the key responsibilities involved in this role but is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all the duties that you may be required to doReporting directly to the National Sales Manager, you will have responsibility of:Delivering and exceeding agreed sales targets for Aquaflush Working closely with the Regional Business Managers, Commercial Managers and the Neuro Business Development Manager to establish product usage across the region through key commercial activities in conjunction with our clinical teamRepresenting the company at regional consumer events in order to develop relationships with key healthcare professionals in the areas of Bowel and Continence careSupporting partnering Trusts with the provision, promotion and implementation of pathways for patients to access our services through our Care+/Nightingale+ programs within Nightingale Delivery serviceHaving excellent standards in territory / journey and business preparation and planningLearning and then understanding the selling process Developing a thorough understanding of both secondary and primary care within the NHS, and the changing face of the NHSDeveloping a thorough understanding of the formulary process and ability to influence for positive positioning of Clinisupplies productsDeveloping an ability to function across all levels of the NHS, as well as within a sales culture team environmentDeveloping a thorough understanding of how a Dispensing Appliance Contractor operatesProviding effective weekly updates of company IT requirements, CRM, Calendar, Monthly reports to National Sales ManagerAssisting colleagues when needed for example with training, formulary or discharge policy rollout etc.Supporting partnering establishments with formulary implementation and product guidanceDelivering effective training on Aquaflush to healthcare professionalsWorking closely with your regional colleagues to support the delivery of key projects both nationally and regionallyBuilding excellent customer relationships and sell the product and service to NHS and private healthcare customersExperienced RequiredExcellent communication and presentation skillsDynamic and drivenDesire to work in a target driven environmentConfident, articulate and a strong relationship builderHighly self-motivated and tenacious and must be able to deliver sales results in a competitive environmentWell organised and able to plan weekly and monthly diaryBe able to operate independently, and also work within a teamStrong mindset and have the ability to be articulate yourself and bring others around to your way of thinkingDesirable, but not essentialClinical backgroundExperience in customer relations or front of house salesAnal Irrigation/Continence market and competition knowledgeExperience in a medical device sales role with a successful track recordCommercial/business acumenClinisupplies is dedicated to the continuous development of our employees and offer excellent career prospects for the strong candidate.
