Are you an experienced Business Development Manager within Telecommunications?
We're recruiting for a Business Development/Sales Manager to join a growing telecommunications company. Established for 18 years, this small but dynamic team has a strong reputation in their field for customer service, reliability, and innovation.
In this role, you will be responsible for selling hosted solutions and driving business growth through lead generation, building a robust sales pipeline, and converting prospects into long-term clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment and is passionate about delivering tailored solutions to businesses ranging from SMEs to large enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
Lead generation and prospecting to build and maintain a sales pipeline.
Cold calling, networking, and direct outreach to develop new business.
Consultatively sell hosted telephony solutions to meet client needs.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Work toward business growth targets
Build long-term relationships with clients, providing top-tier customer service.
Contribute to long-term company growth, including the expansion of the sales team.
Requirement
Strong prospecting skills and ability to generate new leads.
Consultative sales approach with the ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and remotely.
Benefits & Remuneration
Competitive base salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + OTE Circa £100,000+ (Uncapped)
