Bennett and Game are proud to be working on behalf of a family run Freight firm actively seeking a proven Business Development Manager to join their team in the Hampshire location.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior BDM to embed themselves into a business that put their staff first. They are looking for someone to be more than a BDM and put in place sales strategise, work in partnership with the Directors and really take the business to the next level.

Business Development Manager Job Overview

Develop new business opportunities by upselling the company's specialist freight, customs, haulage and warehouse services
Maintain and expand pre-existing relationships - Account Management
Plan with Directors on new sales strategies for the business and oversee the commercial movement of the business

Business Development Manager Job Requirements

Proven New Business Sales in multi-modal freight
Knowledge of FMCG / Fresh Food & Drink Distribution
Experience in implementing new Sales strategies
Experience in Pallet distribution

Business Development Manager Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary £45-60k
Competitive Commission / Bonus Structure on top of salary
