Role: Business Development Manager



Location: Midlands & North England Territories 



Package: £55,000 + Company Vehicle + Yearly Bonus (15%)



We're working with a market leading MHE business who specialise in Passive and Active safety systems, helping their clients identify areas where MHE and people may interface and explore how this can be best managed or avoided using various technologies. 



Working within the Sales team, this is a new business development position within where you will need to build, manage, and close prospects whilst managing all relevant stakeholders during the process.



We need an individual who has excellent communicational, networking and relationship building skills, along with previous consultative (solution selling) experience within the HSE sector (ESSENTIAL).



Key responsibilites




  • Manage the entire new business sales cycle from inception to closure: prospecting, discovery, inbound & outbound leads, proposal & quotation, and close of sale

  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with the market, demonstrating and presenting how the companies products and services will impact their businesses

  • Run product demos, virtual presentations, site surveys, negotiate deals and support in the creation of business proposals
