We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our clients sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for sales and new business development, especially in the B2B space.

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in generating new business through B2B telesales, building strong relationships, and identifying new opportunities. You will be responsible for prospecting, cold-calling, and converting leads into long-term business partnerships, driving revenue for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and contact new business prospects through B2B telesales efforts.
  • Cold Calling: Confidently approach potential clients to introduce our products and services, turning cold calls into warm business relationships.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups and timely responses to prospects.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs by driving new business acquisition.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Market Research: Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to refine messaging and improve sales strategies.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a business development or telesales role, ideally within B2B environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a persuasive approach to selling.
  • Target-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
