Job title: Business Development Manager


Location: Glascoed


Salary: £57,000 depending on skills and experience



What you’ll be doing:



  • Enable business growth through effective order pipeline management and prioritisation of resources

  • Own key customer and partner relationships across both the UK and international markets

  • Influence and shape our customer engagement activities

  • Able to represent the business professionally at various trade shows and events

  • Able to spot and maximise on sales opportunities for our products and services

  • Work with customer to shape requirements, put together robust bids and work with the bids team to get these delivered on time and is well suited to customer needs.


Your skills and experiences:


Essential:



  • Experience of understanding customer requirements.

  • Proven at identifying executable opportunities for the business and developing a pipeline

  • Translating into appropriate solutions and delivering within budget/timescales

  • Detailed Business Development/Sales experience


Desirable:



  • Proven experience in an Engineering Discipline role

The Business Development team:


As part of this role you will be responsible for creating the appropriate business winning environment for markets through market understanding, planning and positioning, developing opportunities and pursuing campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to build discipline and great relationship development skills whilst being able to provide customer and market insight.
