About the Role:
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities, while nurturing existing client relationships. You will be focused on expanding the company's footprint in the market and achieving sales targets through proactive engagement with prospects and clients.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building.
- Increase company turnover by developing new client accounts and upselling to existing customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored sales strategies that meet client needs.
- Negotiate and close sales deals that align with both client and company objectives.
- Support marketing efforts by attending industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target industries.
- Monitor industry trends, competition, and market conditions to identify potential growth areas.
About You:
- Have previous experience in a business development, sales, or client relationship management role.
- Be proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Be comfortable using Microsoft 365 and CRM software to manage client information and sales pipelines.
- Have a strategic mindset, with strong analytical skills to evaluate business opportunities and market conditions.
- Be able to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
