Job Details:

• Business Development Manager
• Joining a well-established, growing children's residential provider that supports children across the Yorkshire region with learning disabilities, EBD and challenging behaviours
• The organisation is looking for an ambitious individual who will be able to drive the business whilst also providing quality support to all children and young people
• The BDM will be responsible for building the profile of the business and driving the expansion in line with the plans
• Implement and deliver a business development strategy
• You will generate new relationships, work alongside commissioners and cement existing relationships
• Work alongside the other members of the SMT, ensuring the company ethos is followed
• Manage referrals
• Office based, in Leeds.

Contract:

• £50,000 - £60,000
• Monday - Friday
• Full-time, permanent role

Requirements:

• Experience as a Business Development Manager
• Proven successful commercial background
• Experience working within children's services
• An understanding of services that support children with EBD / LD / Challenging behaviours
• Driving Licence
