Business Development Manager

This is a full-time role for a Business Development Manager at Aviteus Healthcare Ltd based in Greater London with flexibility for remote work. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for fostering relationships with new and existing healthcare organizations ie NHS Hospitals, Private Clinics. Care and Nursing Homes identifying new business opportunities within their capacity, strategizing to expand the client base, and contributing to the company's growth by strategic sales plan. Additionally, the role involves creating customized staffing solutions and ensuring client satisfaction. Collaborate with appropriate team members to develop effective business development plans along with annual planning of business development and budgets. The qualified person should also be able to negotiate and close framework contracts.
