We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence within the North West for our leading company in the Manufacturing Sector.



In this role, you will lead initiatives to develop new business, nurture existing client relationships, and identify strategic opportunities to promote our manufacturing solutions. Key Responsibilities:




  • Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned region by targeting potential clients and markets across various industries.

  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing excellent service and support to foster loyalty and ensure long-term partnerships.

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute regional sales strategies that align with company objectives, leveraging market insights to gain a competitive edge.

  • Pipeline Management: Generate, track, and manage a robust pipeline of prospects. Implement strategies for lead generation, conversion, and nurturing long-term client relationships.

  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, using this insight to adapt strategies and offerings.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Manging Director �to develop tailored solutions that meet customer needs and deliver value.

  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Regularly report on sales activities, forecast revenue, and analyze performance metrics.

  • Presentations and Negotiations: Deliver impactful presentations to potential clients, prepare proposals, and lead contract negotiations to close deals effectively.

  • Customer Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback to help drive product improvements and inform strategic planning.



Requirements:





Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within manufacturing or industrial sectors.



Open to candidates with diverse backgrounds in related industries.



Skills:



Proven ability to generate new business and grow existing accounts.



Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.



Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.



Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and sales metrics.
