Business Development Manager

My client based in Middlesbrough is looking for a Business Development Manager to start on a permanent basis in the property industry.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a estate agency environment is essential.
My client offer a generous commision structure where OTE could be up to 50k PA
Duties:

• Build a property portfolio.
• Win new business and service existing clients.
• Generate and follow up leads.
• Cold calling to build and win new business
• Must be well presented and ensure customers are put at ease.
• Make sales calls.

Hours of Work: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday - Potential to work Saturdays as per business demands.
Salary: �28,000 PA OTE of �50,000
