City Site Solutions are�recruiting a Business Development Manager to join our clients growing business to identify and develop new opportunities in Scotland and the North of England and�to maintain and expand their�market presence within the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical and Biotech Environment. �
Role:
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and selected existing customers for the ongoing development of new business.
- Build strong trusted relationships with strategic and focus clients and develop a strong pipeline of sales opportunities across new business and existing key clients.
- Work with internal Project Managers to ensure high level of client selection and retention.
- To support the agreed strategic target clients and prospects by making business telephone calls, in-person and collaborative visits, along with presentations to increase the profile of the company.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales or a related field.
- Demonstrate success in selling complex engineering solutions or services, particularly in highly regulated industries like Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical and Biotech.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to influence an audience.
