RC Fornax is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our sales department. This role is focused on expanding our customer footprint within the Automotive industry.



Main Responsibilities:



•     Build and manage your own opportunity pipeline within the Automotive industry.



•     Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions specific to the automotive sector.



•     Maintain a high level of company knowledge and stay informed about competitors in the automotive consultancy space.



•     Proactively develop relationships with potential clients in the automotive sector.



•     Attend webinars, conferences, and trade shows relevant to the automotive industry.



Organisational Relationships:



•     Reporting directly to the Head of Sales.



Qualifications:



•     Excellent verbal and written communication skills.



•     Strong organisational and time management abilities.



•     Proven relationship-building skills.



•     Ability to work towards and exceed sales targets.



•     Persistent, resilient attitude with a passion for success.



•     Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).



•     Experience with cold calling and account management.



•     Understanding of the Automotive industry and engineering disciplines is essential



•     Proven track record in a sales environment, driving measurable results.
