Essential requirements for the Business Development Manager role:






  • Significant experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within IoT, telecommunications, or related industries.

  • Comprehensive understanding of IoT connectivity technologies (e.g., 4G Cellular, 5G Cellular, LoRaWAN, M2M communication, Industrial IT & Communications).

  • Demonstrated ability to close complex B2B deals and manage long sales cycles.

  • Skilled in identifying market gaps, developing value propositions, and driving revenue growth.

  • Extensive network in the IoT ecosystem and experience working with enterprise clients.





Desirable




  • Experience with IoT security, edge computing, or cloud-based platforms.

  • Experience working for a distributer or value-added distribution.

  • Knowledge of global IoT regulatory requirements.

  • Ability to translate complex IoT concepts into business value.
