They are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team, this role can be based within their sites in Northamptonshire or Yorkshire.

About the Business Development Manager Role





  • Acquire new customers and nurture existing relationships across the UK




  • Manage a sales pipeline from initial enquiry through to project completion




  • Develop a pipeline of direct display temporary users and strengthen intercompany relationships




  • Manage account portfolios and align with budget expectations







About You – Business Development Manager



We are seeking a Business Development Manager who either brings proven experience in a related field or demonstrates the right mindset and drive to excel in this role.





  • Expertise in driving new business development and managing relationships with both new and existing customers




  • Experience gained ideally within FMCG or Retail industry sectors




  • A passion for developing B2B sales strategies and spearheading lead generation initiatives




  • A consultative sales approach paired with solid technical understanding




  • Experience managing high-value technical projects from initial enquiry through to completion
