Job Opportunity: Business Development Manager (Waste Management)

Salary: �35,000 - �40,000 +Commission

Location: Sheffield

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a background in total waste management to join our team in Sheffield.

We are a national waste broker specialising in providing bespoke recycling and waste management solutions. Located in Sheffield, Yorkshire, we partner with suppliers who align with our values and best fit the needs of our customers. Our approach involves working closely with customers to plan and tailor their waste management needs, helping them strengthen their Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR), maximise recycling, and achieve cost savings. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Achieve sales growth in line with targets.
• Prepare quotations and tender submissions.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Stay updated on waste management trends.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales within the waste management sector.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Driver's license and willingness to travel.
