About the Company:

With a strong reputation for excellence and a client-focused approach, they are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and expand their market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the technology and infrastructure industry.
- Responsible for winning 'new business' via multi-channels (cold outreach)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Work closely with internal teams, including design and production, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive positioning.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotations, and sales pitches.
- Maintain accurate sales records and report on performance metrics.
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management within the IT and/or Technology industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Full UK driving license (beneficial)
