Earning Potential:


  • Year 1: £50k OTE


  • Year 2: £70k OTE


  • Year 3: £85k-£90k+ (top performers exceed this)


We’re partnering with a rapidly growing software company based in Bracknell, known for its supportive culture, outstanding benefits, and uncapped earning potential. They’re looking for a Sales Executive / Business Development Manager to join their close-knit, energetic team.

What you’ll do:


  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, and networking


  • Pitch software solutions via online demos and phone calls


  • Hit and exceed targets in a high-energy B2B sales environment


  • Work closely with your team to drive success and share best practices


  • Earn commission from day one, even during your training period


What we’re looking for:


  • B2B sales experience (essential), ideally in tech or SaaS


  • A self-motivated, resilient approach


  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills


  • Strong planning and prioritisation abilities


  • A competitive drive to exceed targets
