We are currently recruiting for a fantastic client of ours who specialise within the waste management sector. They are looking to appoint a driven Business Development Manager to help expand their client base. This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Develop and implement strategies to secure new business and increase sales..

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including markets, clients, partnerships, and service offerings

  • Deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals tailored to client needs.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and attend relevant events and conferences.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients

  • Monitor market competition and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and forecasts.



Requirements:




  • Proven experience in business development within the waste management industry.

  • Strong track record of generating new business and achieving targets.

  • Full UK driving licence (required).

Additional Details:



Monday to Friday, with some weekend availability.
