Business Development Manager - Complex Service Solutions Drive Growth for an Established Service Provider�

As Business Development Manager, you'll play a crucial role driving business growth by identifying and securing new clients within the SME sector (�10-50M annual revenue). Working directly with the CEO, you'll be responsible for:
  • Identifying and targeting high-quality leads through networking, cold calling, and strategic research
  • Qualifying prospects based on business fit, requirements, and readiness to buy
  • Building relationships with decision-makers and understanding their unique business challenges
  • Positioning our client's service solutions as the answer to those challenges
  • Facilitating meetings between qualified prospects and the CEO to close deals
  • Developing strategic partnerships to generate warm opportunities
  • Leveraging web analytics and tracking to maximise conversion of inbound leads

The Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience in B2B service/solution sales (ideally NOT product sales)
  • Strong track record in prospecting, qualifying, and setting up closable opportunities
  • Experience selling complex service solutions to SMEs - the more complex, the better!
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to quickly establish credibility
  • Self-motivated, results-driven attitude with natural hunger and ambition
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex service propositions
  • Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple prospects
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel preferred
