The
Business Development Manager / Key Account Manager / Sales Engineer will be responsible for generating new business and growing existing customer relationships across the South of the UK. The role involves offering consultative, service-based solutions to clients in technically driven industries.
The
Business Development Manager / Key Account Manager / Sales Engineer will work remotely with weekly visits to the office in Hampshire. They should be comfortable presenting to customers, managing their own territory, and selling value-driven services.
The ideal applicant will be based in a location suitable for covering the South of the UK, such as London, Reading, Bristol, Oxford, or Southampton or surrounding areas.
Package:\n- Basic Salary: £35,000-£45,000 (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities:\n- Generate new business opportunities and grow existing accounts across the southern UK
\n- Deliver confident and consultative sales presentations to a wide range of stakeholders
\n- Promote a range of technical engineering services tailored to client needs
\n- Build strong relationships with clients through face to face meetings, video calls, phone, and email
\n- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met
\n- Maintain regular reporting, pipeline management, and forecasting using CRM tools
\n- Remote role with weekly visits to the office in Hampshire and travel across the South of the UK

Requirements:\n- Prior experience as a Business Development Manager / Business Development Executive / Key Account Manager / Sales Engineer
\n- Prior experience managing key accounts or developing new business in the aerospace, automotive, defence, life sciences or similar sectors.
\n- Willingness to travel across the south of the UK to meet clients, with weekly visits to the office in Hampshire
