As the Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding their customer base and driving sales growth across the UK.
Business Development Manager responsibilities:
Identifying and securing new business opportunities
Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
Managing a team of 2 field sales agents, ensuring they hit targets and provide top-notch customer service
Meeting and exceeding sales targets through a proactive approach to business development
Conducting client visits, product demonstrations, and providing exceptional customer service
Collaborating closely with the senior management team to deliver growth strategies
Business Development Manager Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, ideally within the outdoor lifestyle, BBQ, or related sectors
A passion for outdoor living, barbecues, and firebowl products
Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Experience in leading and motivating a sales team
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
A self-starter with the drive to succeed in a competitive environment
