Our client is looking for a talented Continuous Improvement Manager to come support and take their food manufacturing business to the next level.
In the current climate, it's never been more important to push forward with change to help deliver new automation innovation and business tracking tools to keep ahead of the competition. This is the ambitious of our client!
In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for taking the senior leadership team on a journey. Identifying and deliver improved ways of working which specialist coaching, guidance & product knowledge from previous experiences will be key whilst supporting on key business projects.
Key tasks:

  • Ensuring the timely delivery of specialist projects
  • Working closely with core functions across production, engineering, technical, warehousing & supply chain
  • Offering coaching and guidance to members of the leadership team
  • Understanding of industry 4.0 and how to strive for operational excellence
  • Able to engage colleagues at all levels to go on the journey
  • Improve Performance Control Systems
  • Leading project teams

What the client would like to see:

  • A proven track record in manufacturing/engineering
  • Experience in a fast paced sector - Food/Beverage/FMCG
