Job Title : Business Manager
Salary: £20,000 basic
£55,000 OTE
Hours: Monday to Friday

Dealership in the Stourbridge area and due to business growth, we are now recruiting for a Business Manager to join the team here. Our client, established over 70 years ago, has an excellent reputation in the area and has acquired multiple franchised dealerships across the West Midlands in the past 25 years.

Responsibilities of Business Manager:
Achieving the sales department F&I penetration.
Sales volume and profitability objectives including finance retention, maintaining above average departmental statistics, cost controls and product management.
You will work closely with brand to ensure Manufacturer targets are met.
You will need to be an excellent communicator and be able to generate the required F&I sales and profits while maintaining integrity and the bond of trust with your customers.
Ideal candidate for Business Manager:
High level of confidence, resilience, drive and most importantly, energy
A solid understanding on the automotive sales process and the importance of customer communication
A strong desire to meet and exceed targets and KPIs
The ability to build and maintain professional relationships
