Business Centre Manager - Permanent Position

Basingstoke

Salary £35 OTE + up to 25% bonus.

Our client who provides local businesses with a workplace they could belong to and an environment their staff would enjoy, is seeking a Business Centre Manager to join their team in Basingstoke. If you have a background in Sales Management and are looking for a new challenge, this role might be perfect for you!

Business Manager Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience in a business-to-business sales environment

Proven ability to manage and motivate a small team (1 - 3 people)

Experience in self-generation of new business sales leads

Strong negotiation skills

Experienced in property management

Experience in previous P&L responsibility

Driving license

Business Manager Responsibilities

Generate profitable new business through proactive prospecting and networking

Accountability for Centre profitability, performance, and success through effective P&L management

Focus on meeting customer satisfaction and retention metrics and developing existing customer relationships

Clear communication of centre performance and team objectives, setting clear expectations for team members

Overall responsibility for the centre, including invoices, maintenance, IT, cleaning standards, and health and safety
