**Business Partner/Nursery Manager** **Buckinghamshire based** **Salary up to 50k plus benefits**
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a family run Nursery in the Chilterns. The current setting is a relatively small fun and friendly community led facility. The successful candidate will inspire the team to provide inspirational child led development, utilising a mixture of outdoor learning, specialist trips and exploratory subject areas within the EYFS framework, balanced with time for reflection and thoughtfulness. We aim to provide children a unique experience within a safe, happy, homely, and enriched environment.
The Directors are looking for an ambitious candidate who wants to work with them in running the current business but also work with them to build an extension to the current setting on adjoining land. The current nursery has capacity for 35 children and the new building will make space for an additional 45 children, ensuring a purpose built first class facility.
