**Business Partner/Nursery Manager** **Buckinghamshire based** **Salary up to 50k plus benefits**
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a family run Nursery in the Chilterns. The current setting is a relatively small fun and friendly community led facility. The successful candidate will inspire the team to provide inspirational child led development, utilising a mixture of outdoor learning, specialist trips and exploratory subject areas within the EYFS framework, balanced with time for reflection and thoughtfulness. We aim to provide children a unique experience within a safe, happy, homely, and enriched environment.
The Directors are looking for an ambitious candidate who wants to work with them in running the current business but also work with them to build an extension to the current setting on adjoining land. The current nursery has capacity for 35 children and the new building will make space for an additional 45 children, ensuring a purpose built first class facility. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop the current setting and culture but will also have the opportunity to become a Director.
Alongside the list of key duties relating to the running of the nursery, working with the Directors, you will have responsibility for:- Internal and external communication and marketing and building a strong relationship with parents and the community with relation to the existing business but also the expansion.
Day to Day leadership as set out in key duties of the current nursery, ensuring team morale is high and the excitement and energy of the nursery is maintained.
Responsibilities of financial aspects of the current setting including invoicing and managing spend in all areas
Attending team meetings with the Directors, and contribute the business plan and direction of the business
Work with the Directors in looking for commercial opportunities.
