What you'll do:
As a Senior Risk Analyst at Vanguard, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring the smooth running of daily fund operations. Your role will involve identifying potential operational risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them. You will also be responsible for developing comprehensive documentation for group fund operation procedures. Building strong relationships with both internal and external clients will be key to your success in this role. Additionally, you will prepare reports for these clients while fostering open lines of communication. Your participation in Control and Risk Management initiatives will further contribute to mitigating business risks.
The ideal candidate will hold some knowledge around DORA and IT Risk Management.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of daily fund and investment operational functions under general supervision
Identify, measure, manage, and monitor operational risks while proactively seeking to mitigate those risks by developing improved processes, policies, controls
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for group fund operation procedures
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external clients and business partners
Prepare reporting for internal and external clients while fostering effective communication
Participate in Control and Risk Management, Contingency and Information Security efforts to mitigate business risks
