Noodle Talent Partners are exclusively working with a successful, growing organisation, recruiting the position of Sales Executive and looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join the team in Norwich, where you will contribute to the ongoing development of their client base and sales revenue, with opportunities to progress your career.�



This is a Permanent, full time position, working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Hybrid working available with 2 days in the office and 3�days from home.�





Responsibilities




  • Liaising with new and existing cllients via business development calls to generate new business and sales growth

  • Building a sales pipeline from warm leads and new leads

  • Using a consultative manner to build rapport with clients and identify their needs & challenges, promoting business products to clients to meet their needs and drive revenue

  • Ensure clients are engaged and see the value and return on the products they are investing in

  • Converting prospects into clients and securing sales

  • Maintain effective communication and relationships with clients to maximise retention and client satisfaction

  • Deliver excellent service standards to clients

  • Handle any relevant sales contracts and administration

  • Manage a sales pipeline, forecasting effectively

  • Work towards business and individual goals and targets





What skills and experience are we looking for?




  • Minimum of 1 year Sales experience working to targets, preferably phone/office based

  • Eagerness to learn and develop

  • Self motivation and a drive to succeed

  • Confidence speaking with people and building relationships

  • Ability to overcome objections and negotiate

  • Commercial awarenss with ability to understand business challenges and promote solutions to overcome these

  • Strong problem solving skills and use of intiative�

  • Excellent customer service standards
